Chapter 8 Disbandment

  1. Article 35 (Disbandment)
    To disband this Association, such a decision shall be made by favorable votes from at least 3/4 of all registered members during a General Meeting. The liquidator shall, except for the case of bankruptcy, register the disbandment in accordance with Article 85 of the Civil Act and report such to the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport.
  2. Article 36 (Attribution of the properties upon disbandment)
    1. ① At the time of disbandment of the Association, the remaining properties shall be donated to the central Government, local Government, or similar organizations to the Association.
