Chapter 6 Committees and the Secretariat

  1. Article 25 (Establishment of committees)
    The Association may, with a resolution passed by the Board of Directors, establish committees.
  2. Article 26 (Organization and operation of committees)
    The organization and operation of committees shall be governed by separate rules.
  3. Article 27 (Secretariat)
    1. ① The Association shall have a Secretariat to serve the purpose of the Association effectively.
    2. ② The bylaws of the Secretariat shall be made separately by the Board of Directors.
